Ronald Lee (B) Ronald Y.K. Lee, Principal Broker of I2C Realty, Ltd., has over 20 years experience working in real estate brokerage specializing in sales and leasing of commercial investment, industrial, office, and retail properties as well as working with real estate development companies Castle & Cooke Properties, Kaiser Development, Grosvenor International, Watt Industries (W & K Division), and construction lending with the Bank of Hawaii.

Ron is happily married  to Katherine Lee and has two children Nathan and Joanna.  He is also active in the community.  His extracurricular activites include serving as Director/Treasurer for Logos Christian Bookstore; Co-President Good News Jail and Prison Ministry, Sunday School Teacher & Deacon at Manoa Valley Church; Assistant Coach-AYSO soccer team; Chairman of Board of Trustees for Kaimuki Evangelical Church; Advisor for youth groups at  Kaimuki Evangelical Church & Chinese Baptist Church of West Los Angeles, Treasurer Hawaii Baptist Academy Parent Teacher Fellowship, Accreditation Committee for Finance at Hawaii Baptist Academy, member of Kalihi/Palama/Chinatown Community Implementation Group (composed of non-profits and businesses) for economic redevelopment and social betterment of these communities.  He enjoys traveling and outdoor activities such as surfing, tennis, swimming and jogging.
